Eddie & Willy & Jerry

Okay, so that's what's been on my mind lately.
Discovered the song yesterday and today there is MV ;P I'm already addicted. And I happen to really like Eddie Peng (well... his smile actually ;P) and Shu Qi, who is one of my fave actress. I know many ppl don't like her. I didn't too. But then I fell in love.
William Chen - I really liked it~!

And waiting for albums from guys ;P

Jerry Yan - and yeah, I still have no idea why such gorgeous guys like himself and Vanness and the rest combined together in F4 give such a boring effect. I don't like F4. I prefer Fahreheit. If u can even compare them. So I'm really glad they went solo. At least effects are much more better. Sorry guys, boysbands are just not for you :P

My Personal List of The Most Amazing Ballads - II

It's gonna be only one song that I forgot to add to my post about ballads.

Show Luo - Xíguàn jiù hǎo

Am I blind or what? Despite the fact that I'm almost blind without my glasses... which I wear very seldom...
Here's Show's MV I've been waiting for. The one that takes place in New York.
And it was released over a week ago T_T

Say whatever y'all want. I still think it's Nocturnes II. Like a sequel or something XD
And why, why New York always has to carry those sad love stories? Hey! Happy love stories DO happen in New York City too!
Damn you, Autumn In New York, the most boring movie shoot in NYC ever... (as far as I remember I couldn't stand it, but I watched it YEARS ago)
But, oh, whatever... Show isn't my favorite mandopop artist (and it took me a long way to even play his new album) and I don't like the way he looks like (srsly, ppl think his porky-like face is cute, but I like completely other kinds of faces) and... everything XD But with this MV he somehow warmed my heart and I'm starting to like him even more than I thought I can XD Good for him ;P
Yeah, I know, it's the Big Apple that melted my heart for real :D

My Personal List of The Most Amazing Ballads

Today I sat down and listened to a wonderful song by Nicky Lee. And then I thought I'll make a list of the best ballads I love listen to. That kind of ballads I love, so nothing so sappy that makes you fall asleep.
And then I realized that most of them is in English. Maybe coz I like sing along with singers ;P And also that lots of them are covers.
As I made a list on paper then I had that thought why not post it? So here it is. My personal list of the most beautiful ballads in cpop.
Order is accidental.

The Love I Know - Evan Yo
/I remember when I first heard it... i couldn't stop listen. such a beautiful lyrics and Evan's English sounds great/

Cries In A Distance - JJ Lin
/i don't think anyone needs a comment for that. it's one of the most amazing songs ever. It can make you cry like a little baby /

Another Heaven - Leehom Wang & Jane Zhang
/it was like a dream duo for me. Jane and Leehom together. I almost got crazy when I heard that for the first time/

I Started A Joke - Angela Zhang
/i love it/

Nothing's Gonna Change My Love - Khalil Fong
/Khalil's warm voice and that classic song. Could anyone do it better?/

Way Back Into Love - Fish Leong & Victor Wong
/Originally this song if from move Music & Lyrics or something like that. I liked the movie a lot and it was a theme song there. I'm so happy the two of them made a cover. I think they made it even better than orginal/

Nocturne - Jay Chou
/it was a love from the first hear. and the mv's so beautiful./

Yuan Dian - Tanya Chua & Stefanie Sun
/Tanya's one of the best singers I know and this duo only made it even more great/

Make A Love Song - Chita
/my weak point - korean in chours. and the whole song is a little wonder. for me/

Killa - JJ Lin
/again, korean saranghaeyo. i love JJ, can't say more/

DiDa - Peter Ho
/i think i said enough in post about him. this song is like a hypnotize./

Ling - Alan Kuo
/first song from Alan i've ever heard and i knew from the very start that it'd be a long relationship/

And two more song I couldn't find on stream anywhere:
爱,很简单 (Original 1993 English Demo).心乱飞 - David Tao /only mandarin version is available, but for me English one is a complete killer/
But on the other hand there's Joanna's version which I love very much too:

And Making Love Out Of Nothing At All - Nicky Lee.
It's a new song from Nicky (Air Suply cover), made for Monga's ost. I think it'll be available soon coz someone is uploading the whole ost right now.

Happy Chinese New Year!

Let's celebrate Chinese New Year. Year of the Tiger.

My own celebrating is boring. I'm playing Mahjongg and listening to Wonder Girls' new single in Mandarin XD But maybe someone is more productive than me. I hope ;)

And also I'm quite close to be a converted fan of Fahrenheit. I never liked them and something happened to me today coz I'm actually listening to them and starting liking. Maybe it's the New Year. Year of changes?

Oh, and yeah, Valentines. Happy Valentines if you're celebrating xD

MV news

Some of new MVs released today:

Da Mouth- 愛不愛我

Show Luo - 愛不單行

What still wonders me is what the hell happened to the leaked MV where Show was in New York? When the official version is gonna be out? I can't wait to that~! But it's like his 3rd MV after his album's release and that one is still missing.

Alan Kuo - Sweet Heart

Sry, audio sux a bit, but that's the best rip for now I guess.
Didn't even suspected that it will have any MV. Maybe it's little boring, nothing really happens but it's always good to see Alan ^^

Alan Kuo - Sweetheart

Kay, this is weird... I know that Alan changed his rock style on his previous album and that actually kinda makes me bit sad, but wut is that? O.o

It sounds like not him... T_T I mean it's his voice, but... I want his guitars back~! Coz I loooooooove this guy with guitars.
Nevertheless I like the song, but... Alan, please, don't change that much!
Oh, btw while I'm talking about Alan... I just bought his collection Attitude 2006-2009. Geez, I tell you, this is something you wanna get if you're a straight girl (or gay guy xD) and love Alan... The whole thing is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. Half-naked Alan all over the case ;D I was staring at it for like 30 mins before I realized what i'm actually doing ;D And also there're 3 bonus tracks that never made it to Alan's album - an amazing duet with Karen Mok (which was at her album), Cantonese version of Ling (sounds weird ;D) and chinese version of 2006 Fifa World Cup's Anthem Celebrate The Day, duet with Yida~! The last one... I can't stop listening. Here's the thing if you haven't heard it yet. I must admit that it was my first meeting with it:

Oh, and yeah, this single is a valentine gift from Alan to his fans. How sweet of him! Considering the fact that 14th of February this year is Chinese New Year there's even another occasion. Oh, even more sugar.
And take a good look at the cover - there's word LOVE written in Korean ^^'

Looking forward to...

New Jane Zhang album titled Believe In Jane~!
Jane is one of my fave cpop artists and not only because we share the same English name ;D She's tallented, has a beautiful voice and she's beautiful ;D
Her new album is coming out on 2nd February. Two days from today~! Yay~!
China's top singer Jane Zhang opened a new chapter of her career in 2009. She formed her own record label (Show City Times), signed to Universal Music, and was honored with Kitaro's musical soundtrack album Impressions of the West Lake - in which she sings the theme song - receiving a Grammy nomination. Getting more and more international recognition, Jane is releasing her first album with the record giant in February 2010, approximately a year after her previous album Jane@Music. Titled Believe in Jane, the new album is produced by acclaimed Taiwan musician Adia, and is built around the theme "the diva with a hundred changes" - changes in terms of musical style and image, the latter courtesy of famous stylist Fang Chi Lon. The track list reveals 10 new songs, including the title song "I Believe" which is penned by Jane herself, but there are actually two hidden tracks: two theme songs from the movies Mulan and Panda Express.
That's from yesasia.

There's also cover and tracklist:

01. INTRO
02. 熱
03. 我相信
04. 就這樣好了
05. I DO
06. 如果這就是愛情
07. 快活
08. 辦不到
09. 低嗨
10. I DON'T WANNA PRAY
11. 我們都辜負了愛
12. 需要你

Hope it's gonna be good.
I'm gonna do a review for sure.

Few songs form the album:

Sa Ding Ding - Heaven and Earth

I don't know how many of you know Sa Ding Ding. She's Chinese and she's mixed of Han and Mongolian ancestry.
She sings in Sanskrit, Tibetan and Mandarin and even in her own language she created.
I was in love in her last album - Alive. She's Buddhist and in her songs you can find mantras like Om Mani Padme Hum. I love her voice. It's so different. Lots of folk there.
She's releasing her new album soon (in February different sources say, but you can never be sure until it's official). I can't wait to hear it~! I've been waiting so long for something new. Now she's back with completely new style.
She mesmerized me. Again.

Just for comparison. Here's a song form her last album:

M.I.C - Made In China - Terrible Trouble

M.I.C is a new boysband from China. M.I.C stands for Made In China, I love it, lol :D. Anyways, along with 2 more boysbands debuting today (2 other are Korean), they're the best of them. Seriously, I couldn't stop listening to it. Geeee, I want MV~! I wanna album~!
Uhm, the rapping part was pretty annoying in the beginning. It's all in English, but his voice was disturbing. But now it doesn't even bother me. I'm lovin it :D
Here it is 要命烦恼:

Some new MVs

Today I checked my subscripions at youtube from urasianscourceCpop and I saw these three new MVs I've been waiting for! So glad to see them.

The first one is from the fabulous Mavis Fan and her band 100% (you gotta check out their album!).

Another one from Sodagreen's brand new amazing album 《Fever》.
This is the second act of sodagreen's "Project Vivaldi", for which the popular Taiwan rock band planned a series of four season-themed albums to be released in 2009 and 2010. While the May'09 opener, Daylight of Spring, was folk-oriented with a Taitung (East of Taiwan) twist, the new album Fever Heat of Summer is unmistakably rooted in London, as that is where the entire production process was carried out, and where sodagreen drew their inspiration from. The first single "Fever" is an example of the Brit-rock style permeating the album. Meanwhile, sodagreen's upcoming world tour is set to commence at the Taipei Arena in September soon after the release of Fever Heat of Summer.

And finally Elva Hsiao's newest MV promoting her album 《Diamond Candy》 coming out on 9th~! Can't wait to get this little piece of joy :)

Following the success of 3-Faced last year, Taiwan pop diva Elva Hsiao is to release her 10th album Diamond Candy in October 2009 and launch her world tour at the Taipei Arena on December 31st. The new album features the title track Diamond Candy, a sweet R&B tune composed by Wayne Hector, who has supplied songs for world-famous artists like Westlife and Britney Spears. Elva herself has penned the words for two tracks, namely "Confessions" and "Thrilling Legend", the latter a tribute to the late Michael Jackson. Other lyricists include Daryl Yao, Chen Zhen Chuan, Ge Da Wei, and Golden Horse-winning songwriter Matthew Yen (for Cape No. 7's theme song).
