Hao Ren - Dance

This is Hao Ren's second album. Frankly I've never heard about this guy but his first album must have been quite popular in the Mainland as I discovered during my quick research. I always do that when I'm writing about someone I don't know. I usually look for nationality and look if he had any other albums in the past.
I discovered an interesting thing. He had red hair during promotions of his first album. Seriously, red. And then something like pale red. Good that he's back to black.
Anyways the album isn't bad nor great, but it has one really nice surprise. As for me.
Starting with upbeat and fast 舞功 Hao Ren wants you to dance ;P Very nice song. And then goes 好人卡 with very beautiful melody. It's a ballad with nice background. It doesn't make it sappy and makes it very pleasurable. But unfortunately I didn't like 爱退潮 that much. Maybe if I was sad that could help me but as for now, not really, sorry. So we have Brand New Day(Brand's白兰氏鸡精中文宣传曲) to wake up and it's another good song. If it comes to the next track 爱迪生眼泪, I like its...well... I like it on the whole. But I think 多打feat.Kenny吴国健 is one of the best songs here. The rhythm and featured Kenny is a good choice. And has very beautiful chorus. But then there's 冥王星 which is another ballad. And to my favorite - Juara(Brand's白兰氏鸡精Generasi Hebat 超劲一族广告主题曲). The first verse brings us the surprise I mentioned before. I was expecting Mandarin but here I hear... Malay? Uh, I'm not sure, I've listened to some Malay rappers (I think Malaysia has one of the best hip hop scene in the whole Asia, just that they mostly rap in English) but I don't remember how the language goes now. I may be worng, but since Hao Ren is from Malaysia I figured it has to be Malay. There are some parts in Mandarin too. The song is a theme to some commercial I think, but it's one of the most cheeriest songs here.

Edit: Lol, I checked - it's Malay~! Yay, I'm good XD

Wu Jia Hui - I Crazy You

New release form Malaysian singer Wu Jia Hui. First listening didn't go really good, frankly speaking. I thought it's boring and full of ballads. Yeah, the true part is the one with ballads. Something like a bigger half is full of those sloooow songs, but there's also another half I liked. There's a few songs I can recommend like for example 肚子饿了. That's a really nice song~! He has a great voice (little girlish though) and he shows it here for sure. Next track is 空缺, a ballad with rock tune. That kind of ballad fits me. 要你说爱我 is an acoustic song. And I also liked 童话傻瓜. So they're tracks 6 - 9. Those are the ones I really, really liked. Oh, I forgot about first one. I liked it too. Although it's a ballad I liked that moment with guitar. Beautiful.
Ballads itself are not bad. It's just me, the person who doesn't really like ballads as much as faster, energizing songs. So the rockish tunes win here. But I'm sure anyone who likes ballads and mellow atmosphere won't be disappointed. Guy has a voice and definitely knows how to use but, there's always that but...
I don't know how to rate it. Uhm, just try it and answer yourself. I think I'm gonna stay with those 5 songs... It's for ballad lovers I guess.
But I liked the cover very much :D
