Amber Kuo's new album is here. Excited? Yay...? I'm kinda scared, coz I gotta feeling there'll be tons of ballads. But let's check it out.
Album starts with very relaxing and mellow 烟火 with some flute and piano. 不过问 represents similar feeling. But still not boring for me. Very pretty actually. I was just getting into the mood when 怪怪牌 came next. Starts with cheerful guitar and then goes a little slower. 爱不爱 is one of the faster songs. Faster but not upbeat faster thing. Got mixed feeling about this for now. Next 原谅 starts freaking slow but somewhere about 2nd minute gets a bit faster waking me up. Honestly the second part itsn't that bad. 派乐地 is a total surprise here. Finally something fast, positive and... rockish. Great! Very nice song. I hope I just entered the faster half of the album coz next goes 卡通人生 and that's another faster song. Kinda funny but very interesting. I'm really starting to believe the "faster half of the album" thing coz Little Sunshine isn't a ballad! Actually it's slower than two previous songs but it's a very beautiful song. 用微笑带过 is next and it's hard to say whether it is or isn't a ballad. I dunno but it's pretty and even has some guitar. Okay but 不说再见 is slow. But don't ya worry we have 我如果遇见我 , the last song here. For sure one of my favorites.
Fear has big eyes, huh? Album wasn't that bad and full of ballad. Well there were lots of them but somehow I enjoyed the album. Hope you will too.
